The operation codenamed &#8220;Kulla&#8221; was undertaken based on some information received on the operational road, that a citizen was transporting explosives.<\/p>\n<p>The citizen RK, 19 years old, resident in the village of Kulla, was arrested in flagrante delicto.  He was caught on the road axis Sukth &#8211; Kulla, transporting for sale, 4 molds of tritol explosives, weighing one kilogram.<\/p>\n<p>Further investigations will be carried out by the Durr\u00ebs Prosecutor&#8217;s Office for &#8220;Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition&#8221;, while it is expected<\/p>\n<p>Full clarification of this case.
