He is an Albanian citizen by birth and it turns out that he has never renounced his Albanian citizenship;<br \/>2. He was born in Rrogozhina, on 20.03.1967, fulfilling the age criterion defined in the constitutional provision;<br \/>3. Has had a permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Albania during the last 10 years;<br \/>11. In legal terms, Mr. Bajram Begaj has no legal obstacles to be a candidate for President, as he is not in any of the prohibition cases provided in Law no.  138\/2015 &#8220;On guaranteeing the integrity of persons elected, appointed or exercising public functions&#8221;, as amended, and Law no.  45\/2015 &#8220;On the right to Information on the Former Security Documents of the State of the People&#8217;s Socialist Republic of Albania&#8221;, as amended.<\/p>\n<p>iii.
