But this has aroused dissatisfaction among businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The President of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Berat Rukiqi, through a Facebook status, asked the state institutions why they were not toughened during the campaign, but were allowed to violate any measure.<\/p>\n<p>Rukiqi is even calling the NIPHK&#8217;s call for tougher measures as hypocrisy.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Here is his reaction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Why they were not toughened during the campaign.
