The Albanian middle distance athlete marked the time of 9&#8217;15 &#8220;48 in 3000 meters with obstacles in Hengelo, the Netherlands, which is the next station of the World Tour in Athletics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>With this time she has improved her personal record with 4 seconds and 45 percent (previously she had covered this distance for 9&#8217;19 &#8220;93 at the World Championship in Doha&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>This national record of Luiza Gega confirms her good sports form and reaching the norm for the 2023 races.<\/p>\n<p>The recently recorded cortex ranks seventh in the World.
