But three countries banned his airspace, making it impossible for him to visit.<\/p>\n<p>After that, he said in a press conference that &#8220;no one can break Serbia with Russia.&#8221;  Among other things, he spoke about the &#8220;Open Balkans&#8221;, criticizing NATO and the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is clear that Brussels officials did not want us to confirm our position on Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and express support for Belgrade&#8217;s &#8216;Open Balkans&#8217; initiative,&#8221; Lavrov said.
