Acceptance of the request of the requesting party Democratic Party of Albania.  2.<br \/>Submitting the statute and decisions issued by the National Assembly of the Democratic Party of<br \/>Albania dated 17.07.2021.  3. An appeal may be lodged against this decision according to law. \u201d<br \/>The requesting party Democratic Party of Albania has filed an appeal against this decision.<br \/>On 12.04.2022, he was sent by the Tirana Judicial District Court to the Court of<br \/>Tirana Appeal The above appeal and based on the electronic rapporteur of the case, has been assigned<br \/>Judge Genti Shala.<br \/>Following the communication with the media and the public, we inform you that:<br \/>Based on the decision no. 7, dated 01.06.2022, of the Council of the Court of Appeals in Tirana \u201cOn redistribution<br \/>by lot of court cases \u201d, in the conditions of newly appointed (promotion) in this Court<br \/>of the four judges, Mrs.  Elona Mihali, Mrs.  Irida Kacerja, Mrs.  Marsela Dervishi and Mrs.  Ornela<br \/>Naqellari has decided the redistribution by lot among the judges of civil cases, which are not<br \/>announced for trial by judges Alma Ahmeti, Edlira Petri, Elbana Lluri, Emona Muci, Genti<br \/>Shala, Ilir Toska and Valdete Hoxha, previously charged as rapporteurs, up to the average load<br \/>weighted civil cases.
