Help me!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>While the passer-by who is filming answers to himself: &#8220;What help do you need, you have just killed people, idiot.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Berlin police confirmed that they had arrested a 29-year-old German-Armenian living in Berlin.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe title=\"Images of the car that ploughed into Berlin crowd before crashing | AFP\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Xg1E3x3FM2o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>More than 100 emergency vehicles arrived to help with the incident, said Berlin Mayor Franziska Giffey.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am very touched by this incident.
