The first, if the concept of Open Balkans suits someone, suits Albanians because there are 7-8 million in the Balkans.  Through this initiative they achieve the goal for which they have been rejected for a century.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is to show their power and to reject a contempt that the EU has made of them.<\/p>\n<p>What I am sure of is that the Berlin Process from 2013-2018 has failed.  This difference with the Berlin process and Albania&#8217;s rejection has forced an alternative process that has American support with designer George Soros.
