The California Medical Board has now said in a statement that it will review the incident, adding that it &#8220;expects physicians to follow the standard of care when treating their patients.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of the Sacramento Supreme Court hearing, which was broadcast live on YouTube, a court clerk asked the plastic surgeon, \u201cHello, Mr. Green?  Hello.  Are you available for trial?  &#8220;It looks like you are in an operating room.&#8221;  Green replied, \u201cI am, sir.  Yes, I&#8217;m in an operating room now.
