The California Medical Board has now said in a statement that it will review the incident, adding that &#8220;<em>expects physicians to follow the standard of care when treating their patients<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the Sacramento Supreme Court hearing, which was broadcast live on YouTube, a court clerk asked the plastic surgeon: &#8220;<em>Hello, Mr. Green?<\/em> <em> Are you available for trial?  It looks like you are in an operating room<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Green replied: \u201c<em>I am, sir.  Yes, I&#8217;m in an operating room now.  Yes, I am available for trial.
