The publication of a record with data on a citizen after the latter was arrested, has triggered an investigation by the journalist.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>I in Italy a few years ago was investigated for breach of investigative secrecy.  I published a report after the arrest, but I published a part that was not part of the arrest warrant.
