The president left the group as he rode his bicycle toward a crowd that had gathered nearby.  Biden stopped and appeared to grab his foot on the pedal as he tried to get off.<\/p>\n<p>US Secret Service agents quickly aided the President after his ouster.  The crowd applauded when the President, who turns 80 in November, rose to his feet again.
