The director of the so-called Serbian Office for Kosovo, Petar Petkovic, said that Kosovo’s decision to impose reciprocal measures on ID cards and to cancel the validity of “KM” license plates after September 30, is a “direct blow to all Serbs”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
