It is suspected that the humidity on the road caused the citizen with the initials A.Sh to lose his direction and collide with the barriers on the side of the road.<\/p>\n<p>He died, while the citizen with the initials AB, a passenger in the vehicle, was injured.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Police notification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On 01.07.2022, around 16:50, we were informed that on the Bilisht-Kapshtic\u00eb road axis, near the village of Kapshtic\u00eb, Devoll, citizen A. Sh., about 31 years old, resident of the village of Ho\u00e7isht, Devoll, driving the vehicle type &#8220;Hyundai&#8221;, it is suspected that he lost control of the vehicle and left the road.  As a result, the manager A.
