He has been working for over 30 years, without taking a day off in his workshop, in the heart of Tirana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>&#8220;I have been working since I was 14 years old.  I started at the Glass Factory in the Textile Factory.  So since then, I have been working for half a century.  I worked for 9 years in the factory and reached the 7th Master category.  Then I worked for about 9 years in the fruit and vegetable market, together with my wife, until the 90s.  Democracy came and we work privately.  I completed high school and high school as an electrical engineer at night, as I was working and studying.  As an engineer, I could not work for a single day, as I did not respond to the party&#8217;s call to go to the Koman hydropower plant.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I have no intention of retiring.  I don&#8217;t expect a pension from these people, that these 200,000 ALL will give me a pension.  I am thankful that I have arms and I enjoy good health, that I spend 5 Lek on my own.  If you take me now and tell me that I will give a pension of 500 thousand lek per month and stop working, I will not accept it.  I heard you shot me.  I leave the house at 6 o&#8217;clock.<\/em> <em>In Albania, the work of ustai is not properly paid.  I have also worked abroad, I worked for 6 months in Germany with a work visa. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I swear, I left the German speechless and the German left me speechless.  He paid me very well, as much as you want.  Earning at least 200 euros per day.  I came back because I had children.  You can&#8217;t go outside without your family, it&#8217;s impossible.  If I were 40 years old now, I know what I was doing.  I would run away to Germany.  For me, young people should leave an hour earlier, because they have no prospects here.  The state does not help you.  Open a business, he does not give you a will.  The world outside keeps you on probation for 6 months, no license, no dues.  It didn&#8217;t work, it doesn&#8217;t bear any tax.  But these do not give you any kind of stimulus. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I don&#8217;t take vacations, I work non-stop all week.
