He called the attacks &#8220;pure terrorism&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The developments come as searches continue in the eastern city of Chasiv Yar for survivors after a rocket attack on a five-story residential building on Saturday killed at least 15 people, VOA reports.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say that more than 20 people may be trapped under the rubble and that they were able to hear and contact some of them.<\/p>\n<p>Chasiv Yar lies about 20 kilometers southeast of Kramatorsk, a city expected to be a key target for Russian forces as they try to advance further west into Donetsk province.
