autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>ALBANIAN REPUBLIC \u00c8 RES \u00c8<\/p>\n<p>MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY 1<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTORATE OF INTERNAL Tb SERVICES<\/p>\n<p>No. Qo<u>SB <\/u>Prot., 2022<\/p>\n<p>ABOUT<\/p>\n<p>IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT<\/p>\n<p>Based on Law No.  7961, dated 12.7.1995 &#8220;P Lilla Code of the Republic of Albania&#8221;, amended, respectively in its articles 153 and 154, Law No.  9863 dated 28.1.2008 &#8220;On Food&#8221;, amended, VKM No.  708, dated 9.9.2020 &#8220;On the Organization and Functioning of the National Food Authority&#8221;, the Internal Regulation of the AKU approved by order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development No.  297 dated 23.6.2022 &#8220;On the organization and operation of the National Food Authority&#8221;, Article 16 of the Individual Employment Contract related to the employee, Relation No.  4098 Prot., dated 15.7.2022 Ille case &#8220;On disciplinary violations committed by Mr. YIli Asanbejlli&#8221;,<\/p>\n<p>I ORDER:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The immediate termination of the Individual Employment Contract between the employer National Food Authority (AKU) and the employee Mr.  YIli Asanbejlli \u200b\u200bwith the position of Chief Inspector in the Regional Directorate of the National Food Authority, Fier District for serious violations of the legal and by-law acts, the regulation of the institution, orders and conditions of the individual work contract committed with fault in the order provided for in the letters &#8220;a \u201d, \u201cb\u201d and \u201cc\u201d of Article 16.5 of the individual employment contract.<\/li>\n<li>On the part of the employees, serious violations were committed:\n<ol>\n<li>performance of tasks;<\/li>\n<li>repeated non-respect of the deadlines set in the succession of duties, which have had serious consequences;<\/li>\n<li>open implementation of legal provisions for the performance of functional duties.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Labor and financial relations shall be concluded on 15.7.2022.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Individual employment contract No.  1474\/1 prot, dated 1.4.2020 and Annex to Individual Labor Contract No.  4528\/1 prot., dated 26.10.2020.<\/p>\n<p>Address: &#8220;Stavri Theineli&#8221;
