During the time he headed the Ministry of Health, he provided this service with a concession.<\/p>\n<p>In the month of June, SPAK withdrew the sterilization and checkup documents from the country&#8217;s hospitals, related to the services they perform, the quantities and the payments made to the concessionaires who won the tender.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rrjepaj, was also asked.
