First, two guards of an electrical substation were killed.&#8221;<\/em>said Andriy Raikovych, head of the Regional Military Administration.<\/p>\n<p>The provincial capital, Kropyvnytskyi, was targeted by eight Kalibr cruise missiles launched from the sea and five long-range Kh-22 missiles fired from the aircraft, Raikovych wrote on the Telegram messaging app.<\/p>\n<p>A neighborhood has been left without electricity.
