Rockets hit the port of Odesa a day after the signing of the agreement on the export of wheat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"firstP\">\n<p>Ukraine announced that Russian missiles hit infrastructure at the Ukrainian port of Odesa on July 23, a key Black Sea terminal, a day after a landmark deal was signed to resume grain exports stalled by the war.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8220;The enemy attacked the commercial sea port of Odesa with Kalibr cruise missiles,&#8221; the Southern Operational Command wrote on the Telegram application.<\/p>\n<p>Ukraine&#8217;s foreign ministry said &#8220;Russia will bear full responsibility for deepening the global food crisis&#8221; if the deal fails.<\/p>\n<p>There are still no comments from the Russian authorities on this issue.
