I have not done any such thing.  I was in the physical custody of Minister Saimir Tahiri and the records show my movements and that I did not deal with drugs.  I ask for summary judgment, I returned them from Germany, where I am registered with legal work documents, for this process.&#8221;  &#8211; said Marku.<\/p>\n<p>In August last year, Hekuran Marku was detained in Germany following the request of the Special Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.
