According to data from the National Operational Center for Civil Emergencies, 29 fires were reported in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n
After the continuous work of the operational forces, it became possible to completely isolate and extinguish the foci:<\/p>\n
– in the village of B\u00ebrzan\u00eb, municipality of Lezh\u00eb, in the village of Hamallaj, in the area of \u200b\u200bthe beach in Currila, in the village of Fllak\u00eb, municipality of Durr\u00ebs, in the place called “Kthesa e Paraspauri” and “Qafa e Kumbullave” of the village of Paraspuar, municipality of Poli\u00e7an, in the neighborhood “Tepe”, Shkod\u00ebr municipality, in Hajmel village, Vau-Dej\u00ebs municipality, in Vrak\u00eb village, Mal\u00ebsi e Madhe municipality, in Gumenic\u00eb village and in Lezhan village, Selenic\u00eb municipality, in Novosel\u00eb village, in Panaja village, Vlor\u00eb municipality, in Janjar of Konispol municipality, in Stravaj administrative unit, Prrenjas municipality, in Funar\u00ebs village, Librazhd municipality, in Xherie village, Cerrik municipality, in Mukaj village, Vor\u00eb municipality, in neighborhood no. 2 and in Bago village, Kavaj\u00eb municipality, in Symiz village, Maliq municipality, in Malas village, Mallakast\u00ebr municipality, in Kapaj village, Fier municipality.<\/p>\n
315 firefighters, Armed Forces, municipal forces, police forces, employees of the Administration of Protected Areas, forest service, volunteer forces, 36 fire engines and a helicopter were engaged in actions to extinguish the flames during 24 hours.<\/p>\n
Currently working on:<\/p>\n
– in Shetaj village, Durr\u00ebs municipality, to prevent the reactivation of the hearth that was extinguished yesterday, with the intervention from the air.<\/p>\n
– in the village of Bogov\u00eb, municipality of Skrapar, work continued on isolating and extinguishing the hearth of the fire that was reactivated yesterday.<\/p>\n
– in the village of Arr\u00eb, municipality of Vau-Dej\u00ebs, where the fires are completely isolated, but the monitoring of the situation by the forces of the forest service continues.<\/p>\n
– in the Temal administrative unit, in this municipality where the mountainous terrain has slowed down the process of the total extinction of the outbreaks<\/p>\n
The work has been going on since the morning in the village of Bog\u00eb, municipality of Mal\u00ebsi e Madhe, by employees of protected areas and voluntary forces<\/p>\n
– in Malin e Grava, Finiq municipality, where the intervention of the fire service began at 5:00 a.m. today<\/p>\n
– in Sk\u00ebnderbej village, Prrenjas municipality, where the fire service was also engaged in the early hours of the morning to bring the fire under control and finally put it out.<\/p>\n
The structures of the civil defense system are in full readiness with all ground and air capacities for keeping the situation under control throughout the country.<\/p>\n
We call on citizens to be careful throughout today, where, according to IGJEO, a very hot day is predicted in all regions of the country, especially in those with the highest risk of forest fires.<\/p>\n
Do not start fires in the forest! If you start a campfire, don’t leave without making sure it’s completely out!<\/p>\n
The clearing of pastures by fire is done only with the authorization of the forestry enterprise of the district where the pasture is located. Please citizens immediately report fires to the fire services, so that they can be contained as soon as possible, in order not to risk causing incalculable damage.<\/p>\n
