Accused of not appearing in public, Lulzim Basha after lunch, although a rainy day, preferred to walk towards the blue headquarters.  A little later, Gazment Bardhi, general secretary of the Democratic Party, insisted that the only legitimate National Council of this party is that of December 18th.  Bardhi argued this through several figures:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>69% of the delegates of the National Assembly have confirmed their participation on 18 December.  &#8220;5259 members of the National Assembly of the Democratic Party or 69% of the members did not respond to the divisive call of Mr. Berisha to tear the confirmation forms.  In total, by an absolute majority, 5,259 members of the National Assembly have confirmed so far<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>But what will be the reaction of the PD leaders, if Sali Berisha will lead his supporters to the PD headquarters?<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>The PD headquarters is owned by the Democrats.  We have not closed the door to whom, the irresponsible statement, if you refer to the spokesperson of the rostrum, does not tell us what the Democrats do, nor how you can learn.
