Bardhi argued this through several figures:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>69% of the delegates of the National Assembly have confirmed their participation on 18 December.  &#8220;5259 members of the National Assembly of the Democratic Party or 69% of the members did not respond to the divisive call of Mr. Berisha to tear the confirmation forms.
