LD alias K., 32 years old, born in Burrel and resident in Durr\u00ebs, for the criminal offense “Premeditated murder due to family relations”, remaining on probation and “Illegal possession of weapons”, previously convicted of various criminal offenses, who at the time of his arrest was carrying a pistol-type weapon with a comb with 8 bullets, with which he would commit the crime.<\/p>\n
From the investigative actions carried out, it became possible to catch and arrest in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense “Illegal possession of weapons”, citizen AK, 35 years old, born in Burrel and resident in Durr\u00ebs, the author’s brother.
From this control of the apartment, a Kalashnikov automatic firearm and 23 bullets were found and seized as material evidence.<\/p>\n
