A murder investigation has been launched after a boy in his 20s died on a luxury property of more than m 3 million known for ‘sex parties’ with high-ranking guests in north London.
The incident took place at Radlett, Hertfordshire, on Sunday, May 22, where there were reportedly about 200 guests known locally as “swingers”, in terms that refer mainly to private orgies.
The development comes as in the same location in 2015, 35-year-old Edmund Echukwu, was found dead drowned in the pool during an orgy with the theme “Agent 007”.

The villa in Littlecroft describes itself as “Britain’s most famous swingers’ holiday home, ideal for first-time experimenters and experienced others”.
The villa is owned by retired financier Richard Stanley, 74, and his partner Janet Harrison, who also appeared in a TV episode about “changing women.”
The rules of conduct include, “smoking on the second floor is prohibited” and that care should be taken when drinking in the pool or jacuzzi.
A ‘satisfied’ guest from the party told the media that Richard and Janet were “good party organizers”.
There are no announcements on the website for upcoming events but it is said that “deviant couples” should bring with them “a sense of adventure and liberation, clean underwear and enough drinks”.
The website says that “more erotic” options are also offered while guests are forbidden to bring their mobile phones inside the villa.
Participation tickets, including a double bedroom, reportedly sell for between. 500 and. 1,000.
Meanwhile, police are looking for witnesses to the latest incident. They said they arrested a 34-year-old from Brighton who was later released on bail.
