I think it is the right moment to toughen penalties for anyone who abuses and endangers the employer-employee relationship because this data has served in the worst way a kind of conflict between employer and employee.
I think that the approximation of the Albanian legislation with the EU standards is a necessity and I believe that in the coming weeks, once the Albanian Parliament starts its work, it will be necessary after receiving the opinion of the government and the European Commission with which to the issue of personal data which is one of the integral parts of those chapters on the membership agreements that Albania will negotiate with the EU. It was an attempt to destabilize the employer-employee relationship and I would like to express my apology to anyone whose publication of this data has caused data.
