Elvana Gjata and Alban Skënderaj are the two artists who will perform on New Year’s Eve in “Skënderbej” square, a spectacle organized by the Municipality of Tirana.
Mayor Erion Veliaj said that in addition to two famous Albanian artists, there will be a super spectacle of fireworks in the square.
With Elvana and Alban we have planned a super surprise for tomorrow night: We will look forward to the three New Year, the year when Tirana will be the “European Capital of Youth”. We will start the concert at 22:00, so that people have the opportunity to finish dinner, and then celebrate with a super fireworks show – perhaps the most beautiful show for children – through which we want to give the message that life continues “, said Veliaj.
The mayor said that next year, when Tirana will be the “European Youth Capital”, is a golden opportunity to show who we are.
In the change of years, when Tirana officially receives the title “European Youth Capital”, it will be the most European image and talent that Albania has produced. “I would like to start with a good leg and wish everyone from the square a spectacle of fireworks with the best music in the country, a good year 2022!”, Said Veliaj.
Elvana Gjata said that we should enjoy life and hope. While for Alban Skënderaj this is a celebration to take the new year with more positivity.
