Cristiano Ronaldo has regretted moving to Old Trafford. The Portuguese star left Juventus last summer to return after 12 years to Manchester United for the sum of 15 million euros.
The 36-year-old has scored 14 goals so far between the league and the Champions League, but the performance of the English team and coach Ralf Rangnick, who is not managing to get the team back to where it should be, are “forcing” him to leave at the end of the season.
In England, it is announced that the five-time winner of the “Golden Ball” has met in recent days with Jorge Mendes, his well-known agent. The Portuguese is worried about the situation at United and the way things are being managed at the “Red Devils”. The English team is currently ranked seventh with 31 points, four points away from the Champions zone and 22 points behind the leading City, being far from the expectations of the fans and the ambitions of CR7.
The Catalan Sport.es goes even further, revealing the possible destination of the famous striker. His name is being linked again with Barcelona, also due to the fact that Ronaldo’s agent has a very good relationship with the Catalan club.
The Portuguese player himself has given his approval for the transfer to the “Camp Nou” under Xavi’s orders, a move that would certainly not be well received by the fans of Real Madrid, a club where CR7 spent 9 unforgettable years.
