Residents of May 5 and Lapraka have gathered to protest in front of the Parliament while today’s plenary session has started.
Residents with banners in their hands, demand transparency of the construction project of the Great Ring Road, while they also clashed with the police.
Police: You are blocking the road. I am on duty and I am not following anyone’s orders.
Protester: I’m defending my house. Do not carry out illegal orders.
Resident: Why are you brothers and sisters coming out that you are blocking our way, you are violating basic human rights. Do not shake my head, do not swear, do not pressure that you will be wrong, we have no business catching them, we just want to show our rights. Who will leave someone from a 3-storey villa and enter the building 100-200 m2, do not deceive the people, do not just look at your property, we have come out to protect our sweat, we are asking for the money that Basha received with the palace in Vlora , they need so much money.
