Ukrainian footballer Oleksandr Zinchenko, who plays for Manchester City, reacted on Instagram, saying he hoped Vladimir Putin would have the “most painful death” after the Russian president launched an invasion of Ukraine.
“I hope you have a death with a lot of suffering and pain“This was the message sent by the City’s defender, who also released a photo of the Russian president. However, that post was deleted and Zinchenko claims that “Instagram” deleted his posts, something that the player considers as censorship of his opinion, reports “Daily Mail”.
The three-time Premier League winner said that he “can not take a step back “ while ““The whole civilized world is worried about my country.”
Russia has launched a full-scale offensive against Ukraine, sending tanks and bombing the entire country. The Ukrainian population is trying to leave the country as the Russian attack continues.
