Ukraine is resisting the Russian occupation, and this, Ukrainian officials are trying to highlight even more in every possible way.
A video has been posted on the official website of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense on Twitter, which shows the moment when a Russian “Su-35” plane was hit and shot down by a Mig-29.
The UN has already said it is preparing for up to 4 million refugees fleeing Ukraine if the Russian attack continues to escalate. Since the beginning of the occupation on February 14, at least 100 thousand people have fled their homes in Ukraine. A good part of them have left for neighboring countries Moldova, Romania and Poland. UN refugee agency spokeswoman Shabia Mantoo said the institution was ready to provide assistance to Ukrainians fleeing.
