An almost indistinguishable Vladimir Putin recently admits that he fears for his safety since the start of Russia’s bloody offensive against Ukraine.
Slawek Sobola believes that Ukrainians and anti-war activists in his town can be persuaded to attack him.
The 53-year-old from Wroclaw in Poland says he has been in tension for a week, as his face may remind people of the president launching a “special military operation” on Ukrainian territory.
He said for the daily Daily Star: “Before the war I was not afraid for my safety, but now that Putin has attacked Ukraine I am a little afraid because in our city there are many people from Ukraine who work and live here.”
“There have been times when these people have let me know that I look a lot like Putin, and now from the war I’m afraid they will become aggressive or angry when they look at me.”
Slawek says he previously worked for eight years as a sozi Putin and with his unusual “work” he has traveled extensively around the world. “
The Pole lives with his wife Dorota, owns a small transport company and earns money as the sozi of one of the most famous people in the world.
He added to the media: “I have worked as an imitator of Putin for eight years and during this time I have recorded many videos and works. “It was a good job but it is no longer my main job, now I have a transport company.”
Slawek says that with his work he has traveled to the US, Hong Kong, London and of course to the place of his own character, Russia.
