Former DP leader Sali Berisha stressed that the March 6 local elections proved that he has returned.
“With the loss of the party, the shares fell into miserable numbers, but his decision made the shares of PD and him increase in a short time more than anyone else in Albania. March 6, the truth is the return of Sali Berisha, 31% of the Albanian electorate. I want to tell you that I campaigned against my will, since he primitively took the logo and gave it to the camp and the governor intervened, I wanted to tell the voters that I am Sali Berisha. Guaranteing Democrats that I will accept their result without any comment. The comeback happened on March 6th. “The logo of the opposition received 44% of the votes in the elections of April 25, a positive development, thanks to the House of Freedom”, said Berisha.
