“Open” is discussing whether Sali Berisha should return as leader of the Democratic Party.
Ferdinand Xhaferraj said that there should be a limitation of mandates because Berisha wins the race if he will run for mayor. According to him, limiting the mandates is in the interest of the democratic family.
Xhaferraj: He considered it a bad dream that we left behind, but we left only half, only Basha. The vote is necessary as a minimum approach to democracy. To make democracy possible, mandates need to be limited.
What vote do we need when Berisha enters the race and indisputably wins. The limitation of mandates is in the interest of the democratic family that guarantees security in the upcoming elections. With Berisha, it was known that he would not win.
