A one-storey apartment was engulfed in flames at noon today in the Partizani neighborhood of the city of Vlora.
Even though firefighters have arrived they have not managed to save the furniture as the flames have progressed rapidly.
According to the police who were at the scene, the cause of the flames was an electric spark.
