The Russian armed forces carried out a missile attack on the town of Lyubotyn in the northeastern region of Kharkiv, flattening several houses, Ukrainian officials say.
The Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office says in a Telegram statement that the attack injured seven people. Officials exhumed a person’s body from the rubble.
In the images published by the local authority, it appears as smoke comes out from the destruction of the apartments.
