“I started hitting Carol with a hammer and I did not understand anything,” Davide Fontana, who had massacred the pornographic actress, told investigators.

The 43-year-old himself went to the police to provide information about the missing woman, saying he was a friend and neighbor of the porn star saying he had knowledge of the event, and would help uncover it.
Carabinieri suspect the crime was committed at the height of a quarrel, although the man told investigators it was an “erotic game” that ended badly.
The victim was named Carol Maltesi but in the porn world she was known by her stage name Charlotte Angie. She was 26 years old and of Italian-Dutch origin.
