An elderly woman from Vlora is psychologically abused by her neighbor.
She tells Fix reporters that the reason the neighbor does this is because he thinks they are spying on him for slaughtering animals without a license.
According to the lady, the neighbor puts psychological pressure on her by blackmailing her that she shot them with her husband in the bedroom and will publish them online. But the psychological violence continues even further by showing the genital organ whenever he sees the elderly woman in front of him and blackmails her for extramarital affair.
The elderly woman is over 60 years old and in tears she asks for Fiks’ help after she reported the case to the police, but nothing is done. “Where should I go and drown?” says the old woman.
Fix associates go to the shop where the gentleman trades the slaughtered meat. He admits that the animals he slaughters he sells in the store and the seal is placed by the non-veterinarian himself. He even tells Fiks collaborators that he can slaughter your lamb there at the moment and give you fresh meat.
The elderly woman addresses the Vlora Police Commissariat again. The police officer says “you are a unique case in Vlora. “Despite the fact that you have made 18 reports, the police have nothing to do”. He also confesses that the neighbor’s wife, when called to the police in her statement, blames her husband for the psychological rape against the elderly woman.
The police officer tells the old man that they are tired of their case, and that if it was his personal matter he would have strangled his neighbor. But being in his workplace he is speaking to them according to the law. According to the police, this case should be resolved by the prosecution.
