A fire broke out this Wednesday in a villa that belonged to the presenter Vladimir Soloviev of a Russian state television
The fire was quickly extinguished but caused damage, firefighters said.
Another villa near the lake, also owned by Soloviev, was covered in paint, Reuters reports.
The fire is currently being investigated as arson.
The uninhabited villa had previously been seized by Italian authorities as part of EU sanctions imposed on Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.
