In this way, adds Fuga, “We are going to a personalized power and this is the problem, we will be with a President, who will not have any role and this is an extraordinary defect and will continue to be for the citizens”.
But how should the President be elected?
“If we are in the worst solution, which has caught the Albanian democracy in a kind of trap, because they say now we can not change the reform, but now to choose within this situation.
Within this solution, which is worse, there is a possibility either for a political profile of the majority, or for a political profile that comes from the opposition or for a political profile that is inactive in politics today but has this connotation, or a man from civil society”.
