According to a report it is said that the attack took place around eight o’clock in the morning and the police were attacked with firearms, so far there is only material damage caused.
Immediately after the scene was inspected by the Kosovo Police and the Prosecution, the special unit landed in the Bosniak Quarter in North Mitrovica.

However, the police announced that two summonses were left for two persons to appear before the police on suspicion of having assisted in the commission of the criminal offense.
So far it has not been clarified whether the raid action is a derivative of the attack on the border police.
Thus, the Kosovo Police has increased patrols in the north of the country.
Numerous members of the police were seen on the road leading to the Brnjak border crossing, according to authorities, all due to attacks on police.
This is the sixth attack in two weeks on the border police. Last week police attacked with hand grenades and Kalashnikovs while carrying out the shift. The police were also attacked with pyrotechnic devices during this time.
