Today in “Invitation to 5” with Bieta Sulon was invited the famous singer from Korça Arjan Dredhasi and his wife Liljana.
In the first appearance as a couple they told their special love story.
Known when they were still in school, Arjani 18 years old and Liljana only 14 years old, fell in love and tried to maintain the relationship.
But distance and other circumstances caused the contacts to be lost and it would take a full 16 years for them to reconnect.
It was Liljana who got the courage to call Arjan after so many years, and the latter, beyond doubts and emotions, did not spare a joke even after so many years
“At that time there was no option to talk to the camera in Albania and I told him on the phone that I had grown my tail hair and weighed over 100 kg”, remembered Arjani with a laugh.
The couple’s meeting after so many years was surprising especially for Lili, who had created other expectations from the phone calls with Arjan.
Today they are happily married and the parents of a son.
