Invited today in the Law Commission is the head of SPAK Arben Kraja, who has made an annual summary of the Annual Report of the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) during 2021.
Asked by the members of the commission about the DASH decisions for declaring non grata, Kraja refused to answer, saying that it is forbidden by law to express such an opinion.
Question: How did SPAK evaluate the decision to declare itself non-women from the point of view of its competencies?
End: I can not give an answer because by law we are forbidden to express an opinion to other institutions for their decision-making, anyone internal or external.
