Dorina Hoxha is elected Dean of the Faculty of Law

She is now at the head of one of the most important faculties in the country, the building from which the representatives of Albanian law emerge.

Dorina Hoxha completed her legal education at the University of Padua in Italy in 2004 (Dottore in Giurisprudenza).

In 2008 she received an advanced LL.M. in the second level Master in “International Cooperation against Transnational Organized Financial Crime” in Italy.

As a researcher she completed a master’s degree in “Fighting Organized Crime” at PAMECA in 2007.

In 2008 he was a legal expert on the Rule of Law Program in Albania, a USAID project, with key tasks such as coordinating technical assistance to pilot courts, including legal reform. implementation.

In 2013 she defended her doctoral thesis on criminal law, analyzing the interaction between time and crime. She became an Associate Professor in 2016 and is a co-author of various publications such as the Criminal Law Handbook, General Part, a compulsory book at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

For more than fifteen years she has been lecturing on the theory of criminal law at FLUT. She is a lawyer for criminal and civil cases with experience over 15 years and in 2019 was awarded the Golden Platoon by the Chamber of Criminal Advocacy. She is the author of many scientific articles in Albania and abroad.

In 2013 he received the scientific degree “Doctor” with a topic in criminal law, analyzing the relationship between time and crime. She earned the scientific degree “Associate Professor” in 2016 and is a co-author of various publications such as “Criminal Law, General Part”, a compulsory book at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

For over 15 years she has been lecturing on the subject “Criminal Law, General Part”. She is also a lawyer in civil and criminal cases with an experience of over 15 years and in 2019 she won the “Golden Platoon” award from the Association of Criminal Lawyers.
