The Special Court of Appeals has overturned the annulment of three members of the Prenga family who challenged the first instance decision to confiscate their property.
The property of Artan, Nikolin and Arta Prenga was confiscated by order of the Special Prosecution SPAK.
The property includes: apartment with an area of 102 m2, the second floor that borders the school yard in the building under construction near the kindergarten of Rrëshen with client Nikolin Prenga. Another apartment in the same building with an area of 100 m2 and with client Nikolin Prenga again. Apartment with an area of 74.87 m2owned by Arta Prenga.
