In the years 1995-1999 the families Begeja, Llagami, Alimehmeti, Vaqarri and Saliaga provide several decisions for the return of vacant land by the Property Restitution and Compensation Agency. Surprisingly, Jamarbër Malltezi was among the claimants, although he did not appear as a direct applicant in the Property Restitution and Compensation Agency. He was one of the heirs of the Begeja family, with 1/64 of the share, or in other words the owner of 144 square meters of land. Through this negligible space he came into play.
