Football leaves us with many beautiful and loving moments, but also other cruel and disgusting ones. Yesterday, in a match of the Egyptian football championship, there were such moments. Ahmed Yahya, the goalkeeper of Al-Ittihad AC, left the pitch in tears because of the abuse he received from his fans, a day after the death of his brother.
Ceramica Cleopatra FC defeated Al-littihad 5-0, a match in which the friendly goalkeeper experienced sad moments. Yahya was responsible for two of the goals conceded and the fans booed him for his performance. After the tragic episode that the goalkeeper experienced the day before, when his brother died, he couldn’t take it anymore and left the field in tears.
Ceramica Cleopatra played a good game, beating their rivals with goals from Mahmoud Nabil, Mostafa Saad Messi, Shady Hussein, Sherif Dabo and Magdi.
