Traffic specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen ZS (M.), 29 years old, after driving a vehicle type “Opel” lost control and went off the road colliding with the wall of an apartment. As a result, 3 passengers in the vehicle lost their lives, citizens IS, 56 years old, BS, 53 years old (brothers) and DD, 50 years old.
The materials were forwarded to the Tirana Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
