The above mentioned companies are two Kosovars, where Mabetex is owned by Kosovo businessman and politician Behgjet Pacolli, while YDA is the company that is building the Fier hospital, while 2A group is another company from Kosovo.

Balluku: We announced the race in 2019. and then the process was frozen by the pandemic.
